Claire Lecoq founded BusinezArmony to provide consulting and coaching services to international executives and organizations.
Claire spent half of her 20-year career in multinational corporations (Boehringer Ingelheim, Tupperware, Mattel) as a Marketing/Sales Executive and the other half in the recruiting and education sectors (Korn & Ferry, INSEAD and HEC). Passionate about cultural diversity with a strong focus on Asia, she has lived and worked in five countries, travelled extensively in more than 50, managed teams in Asia, Europe and America and worked in English, French and German. From these experiences, she gained the ability to bridge the corporate and the academic worlds and help multi-cultural organizations and individuals develop and enhance performance for mutual benefit.
During the first 10 years of her career, Claire acquired familiarity with a wide range of business sectors from pharmaceuticals and textile to luxury and consumer goods. She held positions in multiple business environments (BtoB, BtoC and direct selling) and corporate cultures (US and European multinationals, family businesses).
Her 4 years with Korn & Ferry as an Executive Search consultant facilitated her transition to Career Services. During her 6-year tenure as INSEAD Director of Career Services, she trained, coached and counselled hundreds of high potential MBAs and Executives from over 60 nationalities. While working in France and in Singapore, she developed an expertise in coaching executives in career transition, training managers as coaches, and helping multicultural teams build on diversity.
Claire holds a BA in International Business from ESSEC France and an MBA from IMD Lausanne Switzerland. She is certified (CPCC) as a coach by the highly regarded CTI (Coaching Training Institute) and is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
