Coaching

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

What is coaching?

According to the International Coaching Federation: “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”.
Compared to counselling, coaching is dealing more with the emotional aspects of career change, help a person get « un-stuck, » develop a clearer image of his/her career « mission, » and develop and sustain the drive toward change. This can also be performing or coping better in a current job, looking at concerns such as time management and prioritizing skills, as well as more effective ways to interact with bosses and/or subordinates.

We focus on:
Leadership development
Expatriation, repatriation
Managing multi cultural teams
Managing across distances
Coaching skills for international managers
Promotions: moving up, moving laterally
Professional repositioning
This involves typically 2 sessions of one hour and a half per month for 6 months duration.

As ICF Professional Coach, we agree to practice the ICF Professional
Core Competencies and pledges accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics.
