Counselling & Training

Career Counselling

Over time, we have dealt with thousands of international MBAs and Alumni in transition and can support your needs through individual Career Counseling. These sessions are designed to help you make an assessment of your career so far and identify your next steps.

There may also be an educative element to Counselling, such as learning how to construct a resume or cover letter that targets a specific type of position. We usually start with a set of 4 sessions of one hour and a half over a period of 2 months. Individual Career Counselling sessions are complementary to the Career Transition and Networking Workshops mentioned below.

Career Transition and Networking workshops

We build on the strength of a group of 6 to 8 participants to support each other through bi-monthly meetings. Workshops are animated by Career specialists and covers:

  • Self assessment
  • International job search strategy
  • Developing your tools (CV, cover letter, emails, telephone)
  • Networking that works (Headhunters, Alumni, virtual networks etc.)
  • Job search strategy over age 50
  • Handling a drastic career change
  • How to look for an expatriate position?
