Claire and I have worked together over the years in our mutual relationship between Alstom and Insead. Claire is the only outside participant we’ve invited to an internal training programme on Targeted Selection. It was Claire’s ability to blend with the Alstom participants that enticed us to try this approach, and the results were extremely positive thanks to Claire’s participation and professional insight. I hope that I will have the opportunity to work with Claire again in the future.
